SIP and LEARN!
Sip wine while learning how to make chocolates in a fun, hands-on workshops led by Le Cordon Bleu, London trained patisserie chef, Dayleen Coleman. You will be guided through the history of chocolate, then taken step-by-step through the process of creating beautiful ganache filled chocolates of your own to take home. WORKSHOPS INCLUDES: 2 hours of demonstration and chocolate making Each participant will receive a Glass of Wine to enjoy while making at least A Dozen Chocolates to Package like a Pro. $50.00/General, $45.00/Wine Club Member
