From the finest vintages & updated techniques
Introducing "old world" wines to our county
Twin Oaks Valley Winery is a family owned and operated business. Although established in 2001, Malcolm and Kathryn Gray purchased the winery in 2013 to introduce new, updated winemaking techniques to making “old world” wines and refresh the brand. We specialize in crafting small batches of wine from the finest grapes grown in the San Diego County. We are proud to support our local farmers and growers. In addition to making our own wines, we offer a “custom crush” service allowing individuals, groups and organizations to use the facility to make wine for themselves.
As a member of the San Diego County Vintners Association, we collaborate with other wineries in the region to support the growth of winemaking and viticulture in Southern California, specifically the San Diego region. The first vineyards in California were planted right here in San Diego at the Mission San Diego de Alcalá. Our hope is to establish San Diego County as a well known wine region, bringing wine lovers from all over the world to experience the taste and beauty of our area.
We recently bottled our inaugural vintage. Our varietals under the Twin Oaks Valley Winery label, Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc and Chardonnay. Our blended wines under the San Marcos Winery label, Sunset Red and Tour de Trois.
